NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
All Purchases Are Final. Stacked Gaming does not accept returns or exchanges unless under proven negligence or with support of a manufacturer recall. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at [email protected] with any details and photos/evidence (if appropriate). If you are entitled to a replacement or refund due to negligence on part of Stacked Gaming, lack of inventory, or manufacturers defect, we will replace the original matching sealed-package product (as contents can't be guaranteed to be reproduced) or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

CHARGEBACKS:

When purchasing from stackedgaming.org, you acknowledge that you are the legal and rightful owner of the funds being used to purchase from this site or sent via PayPal or similar payment gateway. Should an unlawful or inappropriate chargeback be issued against fairly tendered services, completed orders, or fulfilled product or service requests, legal action will be taken to dispute the chargeback or similar and all communications, order confirmations, and recorded services will be tendered to financial services as proof and acknowledgement of the services performed. Any legal fees will be at the consumers expense if the court rules in favor of Stacked Gaming.

SPECIAL EVENTS/ITEMS:
When purchasing merchandise categorized as such, the customer understands and agrees that Stacked Gaming is being paid to perform the services detailed in the listing and the customer will only receive the items as per the listing/description of the item they purchased. There is NO GUARANTEE of a value to be delivered, an assumption of quantity to be delivered or any other guarantee. The customer will receive all items as per the merchandise listing/description states.

Any giveaways entered by the customer is not a guarantee of merchandise, but a chance to win an item. There is no promise of merchandise or service to be rendered if the customer does not win the giveaway prize. If the customer does win a giveaway prize, that customer will be contacted and will have 48-hours to claim their winnings. The winnings cannot be traded for another item or monetary value.
